TDS maintains three support sections for the rugged TDS Recon handheld computer, depending on whether you run Windows Mobile 5.0 or 6.0, Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC or Windows CE .NET. This section includes information on maintenance, troubleshooting and communication for the TDS Recon. The TDS Recon Support Center information will vary depending on the operating system your Recon is running. If your Recon has the power button on the left, your Recon is running Windows Mobile 5.0 or 6.0. If your Recon has the Pocket PC label on the keyboard, your Recon is running Windows Mobile 2003. If Recon does not have a Pocket PC label on the keyboard and has the power button on the right, your Recon is running Windows CE .NET.
