This file installs Scanner Agent on your Nomad 800LE handheld computer.

Summary
ScanAgent provides support for using the barcode scanner on the Nomad 800LE. Version 1.0.3 adds support for the Nomad Trigger pistol grip accessory.

• Extract ScanAgent.CAB and Nomad Headset.CAB from the downloaded .zip file.
• Transfer both files from your PC to a folder of your choice on your Nomad 800LE (e.g. using MS ActiveSync).
• On the Nomad, use the File Explorer tool to find the folder containing the ScanAgent.CAB and Nomad Headset.CAB files.
• Tap on the Nomad Headset.CAB, once successfully installed; select OK in the top right corner of your Nomad screen.
• Next browse to and tap on the ScanAgent.CAB file to install ScanAgent on the Nomad.
• Reset the Nomad after installing ScanAgent by selecting OK in the bottom left corner of the screen.

If you are using the Nomad Trigger accessory, continue with the following instructions to enable the Trigger for use with ScanAgent.

• Start ScanAgent on your Nomad (Start>Settings>System>Scanner Setup)
• Tap the Edit Config button and check the box at the bottom of the screen labeled ‘Enable Trigger Scanning’.
• Once selected you will be prompted to reset your Nomad, Select Yes to proceed with the reset of the device.
• After the reboot your Nomad is setup to use the Trigger attached to Nomad for scanning.
