Q How come the Ranger does not update my base point location like my Husky did?
A If the Base point was stored as a Store Point, it will not update. If you occupy the Base as a new point then go right to base setup and enter a new point name.
Then when you solve localization, the new point will be given the proper coordinates. If you store a point, then it is an existing
point and CE assumes that the coordinates are correct. This is to avoid the DOS problem where users set their base on a known point
and Localization changed its coordinates. |
