How to reinstall Hardware Lock drivers in Survey Link 7.14 or later

If you have not done so already, download the latest update of Survey Link from the Downloads area. Uninstall the previous version of software, reboot your computer, and then install the downloaded executable.

If you are running Windows NT or 2000 be certain you are logged on as Administrator when doing so. Make sure that you are running the current version.

If after downloading the file the Hardware Lock is not found, you can try reinstalling the driver.
My Computer > C > Program Files>Rainbow Technologies>Sentinel System Driver. Within that directory, you should see SetupSysDriver.exe. Follow the prompting for 'repair'. Reboot the system and see if the Hardware Lock is now recognized.

If you continue to have problems with the Hardware Lock, call Technical Support, the Hardware Lock itself may be acting up, in which case we can double-check a couple other things and if need be, get you a replacement.
