You are attempting to install a Visual Basic program, but Visual Basic support is not installed on your Ranger. Install Visual Basic support first, by running the vb3rt.exe program located in the \Disk\Utility folder. If you cannot locate the file, it is available in the Downloads area.

Invalid Platform: The platform criteria specified in the CAB file does not match this device. Check the applications documentation for version compatibility information.

This error is generated when the software applications installation routine does not recognize the Ranger's StrongARM SA-1110 CPU as a valid ARM CPU, but only the older StrongARM SA-1100. Report this error to the application provider.
