Survey Pro 4.0 gives you improved GPS data collection capabilities with six individual enhancements, offering a wide variety of options for your application.

Store SS Button
We've added a button named "Store SS" to the GPS data collection and stake out pages. This button will store a point at the receiver's location without launching a static occupation.

Additional Observations
You can store additional observations to points without overwriting data. There is a prompt that helps you with the process, and which brings your GPS data collection in line with conventional methods or 'leveled' points.

5Hz Stakeout Default Setting
There is a new setting on the GPS Stakeout settings page to control auto 5Hz mode. This provides you with faster calculations in the field.

New Feature Collection Option
Hold Still has been added to feature collection. It allows you to specify a time interval to hold the pole still. The software collects GPS measurements when the pole is in the same location for the specified time interval in seconds.

Hold Still Prompt
The "Hold Still" prompt has been removed from the GPS data collection screen for all rover types except Thales. This will reduce then number of taps required to store a new observation.

Session Time Tracking
Survey Pro 4.0 enhances the epoch counter to track exact session times. This is displayed in GPS Data Occupy, Control Occupy, and Check Point, and on GPS position status bars (stake out). This information has been added to the status bar for GPS Staking dialogs and wizard pages. The session time will only be shown when you are in a session, and when the solution type is fixed.
