LandXML capabilities enable you to import and export points, alignments, polylines and parcels. Survey Pro 4.0 now includes the Land XML Import/Export functions under the File menu. These functions used to be called Import Coordinates and Export Coordinates. We have changed the function names simply to Import and Export because the features do more than just deal with coordinates.

Alignments are imported as alignments or polylines, and parcels are also imported as polylines.

Another highlight of this feature is that if the name of an imported point conflicts with the name of an existing point, you have the ability to either rename the imported point or overwrite the existing point.

When you want to export data, you'll see the menu item Export (formerly Export Coordinates).
