Nikon auto levels from TDS feature Nikon's world-renowned optics, which give you brighter, clearer images and an improved minimum focusing distance for working in confined spaces. You'll see the difference when you look through a Nikon automatic level. Nikon's legendary optics effectively let in more light, resulting in brighter, sharper images so you'll see much more detail and less distortion, especially in low-visibility conditions. Better optics help you aim more precisely, and they're much easier on your eyes-something you'll appreciate on long workdays.

Because all Nikon auto levels are easy to set up and use, you can get to work quickly. All seven models can attach to both flat- and spherical-head tripods, and they all feature a friction brake that eliminates the need for horizontal alignment clamps, allowing for rapid rotation.

The telescope for the AS/AE Series auto level is waterproof and airtight-and it's filled with dry nitrogen gas to eliminate fogging in wet or humid environments.

Seven models to choose from
There are two Nikon auto level series to choose from, with a total of seven models available. The AP/AC/AX Series levels are compact, lightweight, rugged and water-resistant for convenient field use. The AS/AE Series levels are shock-resistant, waterproof and airtight for the most humid, wet environments.

AP/AC/AX Series
Each lightweight auto level in the AP/AC/AX Series features a built-in magnetic-dampened automatic compensator to level the line of sight, and horizontal tangent knobs with an unlimited range to ensure smooth, precise pointing and angular measurement. And the detachable eyepiece lens lets you use an optional diagonal eyepiece prism for working in extremely close quarters.

AS/AE Series
The AS/AE Series features a unique automatic air-dampened compensator to prevent magnetic interference, and an endless horizontal fine drive to ensure smooth, precise pointing and angular measurement. The standard optical sight lens helps you find your target quickly, easily and accurately. And a mirror with a pentaprism lets you view the circular bubble as an erect image during setup and sighting.
