Chaur-Fong Chen
Manager, software research and development

Dr. Chaur-Fong Chen joined TDS in 1997. He currently works with the product management group to define and develop a comprehensive product line to support the company's direction.

Chaur-Fong joined TDS with comprehensive industrial experience in research and application development. His background includes project development for NASA, extensive academic research and a professorship at Oregon State University. In 1991, Chaur-Fong founded Penmetrics, a company focusing on digital field solutions that was subsequently purchased by TDS.

Chaur-Fong has bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in ag/Mechanical Engineering, Microprocessor System Control, Civil Engineering and Neural Science.
