Alan Gill
Quality and Customer Care Manager

Alan leads TDS Quality and Customer Care, managing quality programs, technical support and service. In this role, Alan oversees programs and processes to ensure that our customers enjoy the best possible experience and satisfaction with TDS products and solutions.

Before joining TDS in March of 2003, Alan managed consumer service and product refurbishment operations for Hewlett Packard. Alan has over 30 years of operations management experience at HP and has operated his own retail business.
