2. Send TDS a valid proof of Nomad or Ranger with Survey Pro purchase.
3. Send TDS the rebate form with RMA and Nomad or Ranger product serial number(s).
4. Send TDS your qualifying old data collector.
5. You are responsible for all shipping charges and for any loss or damage in transit.
6. Upon receipt and verification TDS will issue a rebate check.
7. Allow approximately 6 - 8 weeks for rebate.
   Note: Any incomplete submissions or submissions received after the deadline of July 31, 2008 will not be eligible for rebates. Any old data collectors received as part of an incomplete submission will be discarded unless claimed by the sender within 30 days after the deadline.

Trade-ins
Acceptable trade-ins on the EPOCH 25 L1/L2 RTK GPS complete system are:

• Survey-grade single frequency (L1) cm accuracy GPS receiver pair with the applicable post-processing software
• Survey-grade dual frequency (L1/L2) GPS system including;
• RTK base and rover receiver pair
• Static base and rover receiver pair with the applicable post-processing software
• Mechanical electronic total station (excludes semi-automatic or EDM mounted systems)
• Servomotor driven or robotic total stations

Acceptable trade-ins on the FOCUS 10 Robotic Total Station complete system are:

• Mechanical electronic total station (excludes semi-automatic or EDM mounted systems)

Process
Once you have made your purchase, fill out the rebate form and then contact TDS Sales at 541-753-9322 for instructions on sending in your old equipment. You must send in your qualifying old equipment by June 30, 2008.

The Fine Print:
Program is available in the US only.
No credit for purchases before January 21, 2008.
Purchase must be completed by June 27, 2008.
Rebate form plus all supporting paperwork and old equipment must be received at TDS by June 30, 2008.
Equipment eligible for this trade-in program must be in working order and contain all required components.

To claim your rebate you must do ALL of the following before June 30, 2008:

1. Contact TDS Sales at 541-753-9322 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Send TDS valid proof of qualifying purchase showing date of purchase.
3. Send TDS Rebate form with RMA and equipment serial numbers.
