If you purchased a TDS Nomad or Ranger data collector with Survey Pro between March 24 - June 30, 2008, you are eligible for the trade-in/rebate program.
To claim your rebate you must do ALL of the following before July 31, 2008:
- Contact TDS Sales at 541-753-9322 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Send TDS a valid proof of Nomad or Ranger with Survey Pro purchase.
- Send TDS the rebate form with RMA and Nomad or Ranger product serial number(s).
- Send TDS your qualifying old data collector.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges and for any loss or damage in transit.
- Upon receipt and verification TDS will issue a rebate check.
- Allow approximately 6 - 8 weeks for rebate.
Note: Any incomplete submissions or submissions received after the deadline of July 31, 2008 will not be eligible for rebates. Any old data collectors received as part of an incomplete submission will be discarded unless claimed by the sender within 30 days after the deadline.
