Returns Policy

We are proud to stand behind the integrity of our products. We are certain that you will find that they will be a benefit to you and your business.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your TDS products, you can return them. All returns must be completed within 30 days from invoice date and be accompanied by the invoice.

If you purchased your product through a TDS Authorized Dealer, you can return your product directly to the dealer.

If you purchased your product from TDS, please call 541-753-9322 for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returned products are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

TDS product ownership is non-transferable.

TDS offers repair services for the following products:

TDS Ranger handheld computers (Ranger "R" series excluded; Ranger "T" model display repairs excluded)
