Nancy Hawkins
Human Resource Manager

Nancy Hawkins, Human Resource Manager, joined TDS in June 2006. In her role as HR Manager she focuses on recruiting, employee relations, development and training, and safety. Nancy is also actively involved in strategic planning for future company growth and expansion.

For the past 16 years Nancy worked as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Her career has encompassed Safety, Workers’ Compensation, Health and Human Resources. Just prior to joining TDS, she served as the Regional HR Manager for a group of Lee Enterprise newspapers in Oregon.

Nancy graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Planning, Public Policy and Management and earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
